The Advanced Single Cell OMICs Facility provides users with access to a broad range of cutting-edge platforms for single cell and spatial transcriptomic solutions, as well as clean room and post-PCR spaces, to support their research.
Most of our instruments and lab spaces can be booked in advance through the Agendo booking system, or by email (maria.greco@imm.ox.ac.uk), and operated by experienced or trained users.
Training sessions are available on the majority of our platforms. For information on our training courses please contact maria.greco@imm.ox.ac.uk.
Alternatively, users can submit a project request in which experimental pipelines will be performed by the Facility team. To submit a project request, please complete a Project Submission Form (PSF) and contact maria.greco@imm.ox.ac.uk.
