The MRC WIMM strives to be a welcoming and supportive place to work. We aim to attract outstanding researchers and staff to help us to pursue our mission to foster innovation in molecular and cell biology, with the aim of improving human health.

The Institute is home to more than 500 staff and students including 43 research groups, facilities staff, MRC Unit staff and core staff. We attract staff and students from around the globe, and champion collaboration as being key to research excellence.
