Virus Production Services
The Virus Production Facility (VPF) is an arm of the Genome Engineering Facility, assisting in the production of custom laboratory-scale Lentivirus and AAV, at Research Grade.
Our Services
We offer routine work packages at different production scales for both Lentivirus and AAV, as summarised in the table below:

The routine work packages include production, concentration, purification, titration and analysis, suitable for a wide range of ex vivo research needs. These can be requested internally via the following link: Virus_Request_Form.
We also offer lentivirus and AAV tailored work packages, including but not limited to: larger virus production scales; preparation and QC of lentivirus gRNA libraries for single-cell CRISPR screening; production optimisation.
