Graduate Study
The MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine (WIMM) brings together researchers from several departments across the University of Oxford, with a shared passion for molecular biology research with a translational impact.
We cover five core research areas: rare diseases, haematology, immunology and infection, stem cells and developmental biology and cancer biology. As a graduate student at the MRC WIMM, you will have the opportunity to closely interact with researchers from a variety of fields, both via our internal seminars, our annual MRC WIMM day or just by meeting in the coffee room.
Please note that RDM is now closed to applications for all graduate courses for entry in October 2026.
Admissions for entry in October 2027 will open in mid-September 2026.
