Extended Reality virtual environments to maximise the potential of medical data and medical imaging.

Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) are both novel technologies allowing users to experience enhanced or virtual environments with the use of head-mounted displays. There are a wide range of potential applications for these Extended Reality techniques in medicine, spanning research, preoperative investigation, training, patient therapy and public engagement.
