Ye Wei
BSc PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
With a background in computer science, I worked on several AI4Science fields during my PhD before joining Oxford. Currently, my research focuses on developing deep learning–based models to better understand 3D genome structure and gene regulation, building on the high-quality experimental data generated by our group.
