DPhil Student
I am a DPhil student supervised by Dr. Beth Psaila. My research project focuses on validating tumour educated platelets as a liquid biopsy biomarker. Platelet-based disease biomarker detection will enable detailed non-invasive molecular profiling of prevalent cancers. An improved understanding of the tumour will also allow for more informed decisions regarding patient treatment and therapy.
