I am managing the WIMM CCB High Performance Computing Facility, the digital home for hundreds of bioinformatics researchers. At WIMM, we provide software packages, computing servers, a job dispatch system, a distributed file system, and an archival system for data backup.
Before joining WIMM, I studied at the University of Hong Kong on software transactional memory system for computing clusters. I worked with a commercial high-performance computing service provider where I architected computing clusters and managed information security for a public cloud service.
