Cansu Dinçer

Postdoctoral Scientist

I am a Postdoctoral Scientist in Dr Sumana Sharma’s Mechanistic T Cell Genomics Group within the MRC Translational Immune Discovery Unit. As a computational biologist, I am broadly interested in systems biology, particularly in understanding how signalling networks are rewired across cellular contexts and how this knowledge can be leveraged to reprogram cells.

Previously, I completed my PhD in Dr Mathew Garnett’s Translational Cancer Genomics Laboratory at the Wellcome Sanger Institute and the University of Cambridge, where I focused on inferring effective cancer combination therapies through multi-omics integration and network modelling.
