Nicole Jackson
MSci
DPhil student
I am currently a 2nd year DPhil student on the Medical Sciences programme co-supervised by Prof Thomas Milne, Prof Jim Hughes and Dr Nicholas Crump.
My research focusses on the interplay between histone acetylation and gene regulation. In particular, I am interested in the role of acetylation in 3D genome-wide interactions.
Before starting my DPhil at Oxford, I completed an MSci in Biological Sciences at the University of Birmingham with a Masters research project focussing on resistance of HDAC inhibitors in haematological cancers.
