Postdoctoral researcher


I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Simmons and Koohy Group with a special interest in antigen discovery, single-cell genomics, and computational model development. I completed my DPhil in computational biology at Oxford University, where my research focused on vaccine target identification, the development of deep learning models to predict T-cell targets, and the analysis of single-cell genomics data to better understand checkpoint-treatment induced colitis.

My current research centers on understanding intestinal development from birth to adolescence. We leverage the latest single-cell technologies to track genomic and spatial changes across time and space. Additionally, I am actively designing computational methodologies to project paired single-cell modalities onto spatial space, which aids in understanding the genetic and epigenetic landscape of gut development in tissues.

I am currently funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) Paediatric Networks and hold a Junior Research Fellowship at Kellogg College.
