I am a medical doctor and following my undergraduate training, I worked in a Cancer center in Nigeria. I joined Fairfax's lab in October 2023 to study for a master's by research in Oncology. My research is focused on exploring the determinants of B cell IL 7 expression in patients with cancer. My goal is to improve the understanding of the mechanisms that drive immune-related adverse events. I also aim to increase racial diversity in research and position Africa as a significant contributor to knowledge
