T cell responses to monkeypox play a part in protecting against infection

A new study, led by researchers at the MRC TIDU in the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine, NDM's CAMS Oxford Institute, the Centre for Human Genetics, the Kennedy Institute and the Dunn School of Pathology, has found that specific T cells could have an impact on the long-term protective responses to future infection.
