MRC WIMM Group Leader
My group provides computing support for bioinformatics analysis at the University of Oxford. We have expertise in many aspects of bioinformatics and especially encourage collaborations that require writing custom software, bioinformatics tools and databases. I co-developed Zegami, an image analysis and visualisation platform, which is now a Oxford spin-out company. I am currently researching the use of Virtual Reality in scientific visualisation.
