Biography
Qian is a Post-doctoral Scientist in Quantitative Biology of Cell Fate and Tissue Dynamics since July 2017. His work is under the supervision of Dr Edward Morrissey within the MRC Centre for Computational Biology, based at the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine. Prior to his post-doctoral work, he completed his PhD studies in the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge in 2016. (PhD Thesis: https://doi.org/10.17863/CAM.13334)
He is interested in applying computational tools to biological problems and using statistical models to analyse biological data.
