Acceptable Use

All users must follow all applicable IT Rules and Regulations:

• CCB HPC Terms and Conditions
• WIMM IT Security Policy
• University of Oxford IT Rules for Computer Use

Accounting Period

The accounting period runs from the 1st August until the following 31st July. Quotes will be sent to the PI account, one month before the next accounting period to allow the PI to make any changes required. Invoices will then be sent on the 1st August and we would expect payment shortly afterwards. 

Please note that should any invoice remain unpaid, the WIMM HPC team reserve the right to disable all associated user accounts and project spaces.

Refunds

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unused user accounts or project space quota. In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to transfer any unused user account time to another person or unused project space quota to another project space.
